Tony Robbins has lots of great products--"Live with Passion" is one that is less structured as far as the type of learning that is going on, and it's more Tony telling stories that explain a particular lesson. The stories put you into an easy trance when you listen to them because he gears it so that it's easy to absorb.
"The Power to Shape Your Destiny" is also a very powerful program, and I like it most for it's section about intrapersonal communication. Tony gives some great perspectives that you can feel are great and are easily workable.
I also listened to Personal Power (the first one) which has some cool stuff on it too. Some of these tools are things I already knew about, but it's good for hearing it over again.
